At Shoe Gallery, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
